Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Recruiter Coordinator, Nursing & Allied to source, interview, and fill contract positions. You will educate candidates on travel opportunities, build relationships, and ensure the right talent aligns with client needs.

Responsibilities include growing the clinician network, managing prospecting campaigns via the ATS, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will collaborate with Account Managers to interview and fill roles in a dynamic travel healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience.
• Sales or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, support decision-making, and enhance business outcomes while adhering to company policies and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow the clinician network and retain clinicians on travel assignments.
• Plan a prospecting and marketing strategy using the AMN ATS to contact potential nurses via phone and email.
• Ensure the ATS is updated with accurate candidate information and selling points.
• Consult with nurses on their current and desired situation, building trust and engagement.
• Qualify clinicians' likelihood to book travel assignments based on licensure, availability, skills, and fit.
• Educate candidates on future opportunities, market conditions, and travel timelines to meet long-term goals.
• Discuss and negotiate compensation to build competitive packages.
• Present candidate information to Account Managers to interview and fill openings.
