Job summary

The Addison of Bluffton, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents in an assisted living and memory care setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, helping with meals and mobility, escorting residents, supporting activity planning, and treating residents with dignity and respect; we offer comprehensive benefits, PTO from day one, paid training, insurance, 401k with company match, and an Employee

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
