Job summary

The Addison of Florence, a Sonida Senior Living community in Florence, SC, seeks a Nursing Aide to assist residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and activities, supporting independence and dignity in a warm, compassionate environment.

You will work with a dedicated team using advanced care tools and technology, enjoying a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, PTO from day one, paid training, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
