Job summary

The Addison of Florence, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a compassionate Nursing Aide to support residents in an assisted living and memory care setting. You will assist with daily living, medications, meals, and daily routines, while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Education
