The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, part of Sonida Senior Living, seeks caring nursing aides to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, meals, and activities in a respectful environment.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments and care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities Include
