Job summary

The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, part of Sonida Senior Living, is a premier retirement community in Mayfield Heights, Ohio seeking a dedicated STNA to support Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be a licensed STNA in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in accordance with resident care standards, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts/transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, table setting, meals, fluids, and substitutions when appropriate.
• Reminds residents to take medication and assists with opening containers and packages.
• Recognizes changes in residents' behavior/condition and reports them to the Assisted Living Director.

STNA Responsibilities include:
