Job summary

The Ashton at Mayfield Heights in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Nursing Aide to assist residents with daily living, medications and skilled care within an Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

You will help with activities, escort residents, assist with meals, and support planning of activities while treating residents with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments and supports self-care.
• Escorts residents within the building and outdoors as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
