Job summary

The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to engage residents through personalized activities and events, creating meaningful experiences that support independence and joy.

Collaboration with residents, families, and staff is essential, as is promoting resident choice, safety, and attending mandated trainings in a supportive Ohio setting.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
