Job summary

The Waterford at Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Nursing Aide to provide compassionate care in an assisted living and memory care community in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. You will assist residents with daily living activities, help with meals, escort residents inside and outside as needed, and support activities that promote independence in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living.
• Nursing aide experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
