Nursing Aide roles involve assisting with daily living activities, escorting residents, meal setup and service, activity support, and maintaining dignity and respect for all residents.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence.
• Escort residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with the planning and execution of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
