The Waterford at Wisconsin Rapids is a Sonida Senior Living community seeking compassionate Nursing Aide staff to support residents in our assisted living and memory care setting.

You'll assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and activities, while delivering respectful, person-centered care and maintaining safety and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living and medication reminders.
• Escort residents within the building and outdoors as needed.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterward.
• Help plan and support resident activities on a regular schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities include:

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.
