Job summary

The Waterford at West Bend, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Aide to provide compassionate care in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and encouraging independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleanup.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
