Job summary

The Waterford at Park Falls, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support medication handling under supervision, and help maintain a safe, dignified living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.
• Able to assist with daily living activities with patience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living and medication assistance under supervision.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities include:

• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed

• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
