Job summary

Waterford at Carpenter's Creek, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Nursing Aide to support residents with daily living activities, medications, and comfort. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and gentle assistance in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, mobility, and activities, while fostering independence and respect. Training is provided, and benefits support ongoing education and wellness for team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
