The Waterford at Hartford, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate Nursing Aide to support residents in independent living, assisted living and memory care settings.

You will assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility needs while promoting dignity and independence for residents. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while promoting self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within and outside the building as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing resident activities on a scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities Include
