Job summary

The Waterford at Creekside, a Sonida Senior Living community in Pensacola, FL, is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide clinical leadership and direct supervision of nursing staff in an assisted living and memory care setting.

You will conduct resident assessments, coordinate with families and physicians, ensure regulatory compliance, infection prevention, and quality assurance initiatives while fostering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff while ensuring appropriate staffing levels, training, and performance management.
• Conduct resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, infection prevention, quality assurance initiatives, and survey readiness activities.
• Investigate and address resident concerns, incidents, medication errors, and other clinical issues while implementing corrective actions to improve outcomes.
