Job summary

Waterford at Baytown is seeking a Nursing Aide to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, meals, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
