Job summary

Waterford at Mansfield is seeking a Nursing Aide to provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents in a supportive, on-site environment. You will help with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and basic care while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleanup.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
