Job summary

The Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community in Mansfield, OH, is seeking dedicated team members to provide compassionate customer service and assist residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

You will work with residents, families, and staff to ensure safety, respect, and quality of life, participating in daily activities and programs and upholding our commitment to resident wellbeing and independence.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
