Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice using the Professional Practice Model of Relationship Centered Care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Purposeful Hourly Rounding and role model expected behaviors.
• Integrate PHR into clinical activities to enhance Relationship Centered Care.
• Validate staff rounds hourly by direct observation and patient feedback.
• Assess staff competency in PHR and provide meaningful feedback.
• Communicate patient experience and staff engagement metrics clearly.
• Collaborate with the physician dyad and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Follow up on patient concerns and provide service recovery when needed.
• Design and lead a safe, therapeutic, patient-centered care environment.
• Support implementation of the department's mission, vision, goals and objectives.
