Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; master's in nursing or health-related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with some Charge Nurse/Supervisory experience.
Interventional Radiology/Cardiac Cath Lab experience required.
Licensed registered nurse in New York State; ACLS and BCLS from AHA.

Responsibilities

Leads nursing practice promoting patient experience and uses relationship-centered care.
Ensures proficient use of Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR) and monitors staff rounding on patients.
Collaborates with physicians and escalates concerns as needed; responds to patient concerns.
Oversees daily patient care, staffing, and operations to meet regulatory standards.
Champions quality and safety initiatives and maintains staff competency.
