Job summary

Henry Ford Health's Jackson hospital campus seeks a Nursing Administrator for Patient Care Services. You will lead nursing practice and operations across a service line, shaping patient care delivery and regulatory compliance at a central mid-Michigan site.

In this role, you will develop and implement policies, oversee quality improvement and safety initiatives, and collaborate with medical groups and hospital leadership to drive exceptional care and outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent licensure to obtain/maintain MI nursing license.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical RN experience.
• Three to five years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or completion of other formal nursing education necessary to obtain/maintain an advanced practice nursing MI license (mid-wife, CRNA, CNS, or Nurse Practitioner).
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Management, or other related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as an RN.
• Three to five years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in policy development and implementation within healthcare settings.
• Proven track record in leading quality improvement and safety programs.
