Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent to obtain/maintain MI RN license.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical RN experience.
• Three to five years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice and operations for a service line or related functional areas within patient care services.
• Develop and implement policies to meet professional regulatory and system requirements.
• Create and enhance patient care systems and collaborative practice initiatives.
• Implement quality improvement and safety programs aligned with system strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with medical groups, hospital leaders, and other stakeholders.
