Aspirus Ironwood Hospital in Ironwood, MI is seeking a Hospital Supervisor to join our Nursing Administration team. The role oversees staff, safety, quality, and patient experience as part of the administrative unit.

Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to optimize resources, access, and capacity while promoting engagement and effective communication. Part time: 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period) with varied shifts.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Area of specialty is desired.
• Minimum of five years' practicing as a RN with two years in a charge nurse or team lead role.
• Active Wisconsin or Michigan RN license (or compact).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of staff, patient, and environmental safety, quality, and patient experience within the hospital.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to optimize and manage resources, access, and capacity.
• Exhibits leadership to foster employee engagement and effective communication, delegation, and problem solving.
• Serves as a resource for physicians, staff, patients, visitors, and community responders.
