Job summary

Aspirus Iron River Hospital in Iron River, MI is seeking a Supervisor - Nursing to lead the NURSING ADMINISTRATION team and uphold Aspirus Core Values of compassion, accountability, collaboration, foresight, and joy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative work history.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS or other department-specific certifications may be required.
• Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
