Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking an Nursing Admin Coordinator to provide clerical and secretarial support to Nurse Managers. The role focuses on staffing, maintaining nursing staff records in a scheduling system, and confidential personnel files.
The incumbent will support Payroll and Administrative duties for the Nursing Management Team, ensuring accurate information and efficient operation in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The Nursing Admin Coordinator provides clerical and secretarial support to the Nurse Managers.
Facilitates Department of Nursing staffing by utilizing and identifying available nursing resources, under the direction of Nursing Management, based upon unit needs and staff/census fluctuations to maintain cost-effective staffing patterns.
Supports Nursing Management in maintaining accurate demographic, skill, and scheduling information on all nursing employees in a computerized scheduling system.
Maintains and keeps confidential departmental employee files
Provides administrative support to the Nursing Management Team as appropriate and as available. Responsible for payroll.
Education: HS Diploma/GED
Pay Range: $21.06 to $31.59 Based On Experience
