Job summary

LifeBridge Health, in collaboration with Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, seeks a Staffing Coordinator to facilitate nursing staffing under unit leadership. You will identify available nursing resources and support scheduling accuracy across the system.

With 1-3 years of staffing experience, you will monitor census-driven needs and maintain data in the computerized scheduling system, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality patient care. This role is based at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in nursing staffing or healthcare scheduling.
• Knowledge of scheduling systems and staffing processes.
• Ability to collaborate with unit leadership and staff.

Summary:

Facilitates the Department of Nursing staffing by utilizing and identifying available nursing resources, under the direction of the Patient Care Services unit leadership, based upon the unit needs and staff/census. Identifies and reports fluctuations to maintain cost-effective staffing patterns. Supports Management in maintaining accurate demographic, skill, and scheduling information on all nursing employees in the computerized scheduling system.

Pay Range:

$20.00 to $31.59 (Based On Experience and Internal Equity)
