Job summary

Rita Assisted Living in Highland Springs, VA seeks a compassionate nursing professional to care for residents and support the care team. Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Virginia.
• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations.
