The role requires creative display skills for plants and accessories, retail experience, and proficiency with inventory software. Physical demands include lifting up to 50lbs and working outdoors in various conditions. Availability for evening and weekend shifts is necessary.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience in a garden center or nursery.
• Lead or supervisory experience is a big plus.
• Computer proficiency with inventory control and point-of-sale software.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Available to work some evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Physical requirements: work outside in summer/winter temperatures, standing or walking during shift, lifting up to 50lbs.

• Plant knowledge and passion to help customers with their garden or landscaping needs,
• Customer-service driven and a critical eye to notice when customers need assistance or merchandise needs attention.
