Job summary

Tropical Treehouse Corp. is seeking a Garden Center Sales Associate to help customers select plants and provide care guidance, with a focus on delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will diagnose basic plant health issues, assist with inventory and displays, and support unloading deliveries while staying flexible to weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
• Flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
• Experience in a retail or gardening environment is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn.
