Job summary

Cross Creek Nursery is seeking a Garden Center Sales Associate to help customers choose plants for homes and gardens, share care tips, and keep plants healthy and well-presented in a busy garden center environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about plants, ready to learn, and able to lift up to 50 pounds while working weekdays and weekends. Prior retail or gardening experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and enthusiasm for plants required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a retail garden setting.
• Ability to diagnose basic plant health issues and answer care questions.
• Experience in retail or gardening helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
