Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current Florida RN license required.
• Peripheral IV certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year in a management role preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care and staff performance during assigned shift.
• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings to address issues and improve services.
• Identify problems in care delivery and implement corrective actions.
• Report findings and recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct rounds and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information and proper documentation.
