Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks an RN Manager to lead nursing care on the skilled unit in Gorham, ME. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate medication administration, and coordinate resident care per policy.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing with an active RN license and at least 1 year in skilled/sub-acute or memory care settings. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
• RN license from an accredited school.
• 1+ years of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care.
• English fluency required to communicate with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per established protocols.
• Assess pain, oxygen therapy, dressings, and incontinence.
• Assess physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
• Transcribe orders and integrate the medical care plan.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document in MOR.
• Document care timely and accurately.
• Prepare incident/accident reports and notify relevant parties.
• Orient new staff and supervise nursing team assignments.
• Ensure meals are supervised and residents receive proper diets.
