Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Gorham, ME is seeking a Manager Nurse to lead the Mental Health Unit in a skilled nursing setting. You will oversee nursing care, ensure compliance with standards, and supervise the nursing team.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating medication administration, documenting accurately, and guiding staff through daily operations and resident support. RN licensed nurses with psych experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; RN license preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in psych/geriatric settings; leadership experience preferred.
• English fluency required to communicate with residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to residents according to established protocols.
• Observe for pain, oxygen needs, dressings, and continence issues; report changes.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Ensure accurate transcription and timely processing of medical orders.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document on MAR.
• Supervise nursing team assignments and ensure proper instruction.
