Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the Senior Housing Industry.
• Strong communication with residents, guests, and coworkers.
• Ability to relate to ill, disabled, elderly residents and handle stressful situations.
• Demonstrated management skills and teamwork orientation.
• Compassion and patience in daily interactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site executive for all operations and main contact for staff, residents, and community partners.
• Maintain budget accountability and manage cash flow; anticipate variances.
• Hire, train, discipline, and terminate staff per policy.
• Maintain all local, state, and federal licenses for the community.
• Lead staff meetings and promote resident rights with dignity and respect.
• Represent the community in local/state/professional organizations.
