Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English to perform duties and communicate with staff, residents, and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication supervision/administration per regulations and company guidelines.
• Assist admissions of new residents including assessments and documentation.
• Complete acute and long-term care/service plans for residents.
• Document health changes and notify physicians or family as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with staff across departments.
