Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Manager Nurse at Sentry Hill in York Harbor to provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs and HHAs. You will ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and coordinate care on the unit.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with an active RN license in the state, 1+ years of facility nursing experience, and strong supervisory abilities. This role offers a competitive salary and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• RN/LPN/LVN licensure with an active license.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per established protocols.
• Assess pain, oxygen therapy, dressings, and incontinence.
• Document care plans, MARs, and monthly summaries.
• Administer medications per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure timely, accurate care delivery.
• Assist with resident orientation and manage unit activities.
