Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation in York, ME is seeking a Nurse Manager – Assisted Living to oversee nursing staff and deliver high-quality resident care on the assigned floor.

The successful candidate will supervise CNAs and HHAs, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment while coordinating with physicians and families. RN license required and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related nursing experience.
• Current RN license with active LOP in the state.
• English fluency to communicate with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to residents per protocol.
• Observe pain, oxygen therapy, dressings, and continence status.
• Supervise CNAs and HHAs on the unit.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and document accordingly.
• Coordinate medical orders with physicians and ensure accurate transcription.
• Prepare incident reports and orient new staff.
