Job summary

Peak Resources Alamance is seeking a full-time LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our team in Alamance County, NC. The role involves implementing care plans, supervising nursing staff, and supporting ongoing data collection to ensure resident well‑being.

Excellent compensation and benefits are offered, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and participation in the company 401(k) plan. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:30pm with rotating weekends and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in NC
• BLS CPR certification with in-person skills assessment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must not pose a direct threat to health or safety

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementing established care plans for assigned residents
• Support ongoing data collection and reporting
• Supervise nursing assistants and licensed personnel under RN direction
• Infrequent travel within NC may be required
