Job summary

Green Acres Healthcare is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure residents receive high-quality, personalized care. This leadership role combines hands-on nursing with staff supervision, care coordination, and clinical oversight.

The Unit Manager will support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, monitor resident conditions and care plans, coordinate with physicians and nursing leadership, and foster a positive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license.
• 1 year of experience as LPN/RN in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and care plans.
• Direct and supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs on the unit.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing leadership.

Education

LPN or RN license

1 year LTC nursing experience
