Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current NJ nursing license.
• Membership in the Association of Professional Nurses is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing care for the unit 24/7.
• Collaborates with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe staffing.
• Develops and evaluates unit protocols and standards.
• Provides guidance and supervision to unit staff.
