Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa RN or LPN license (or compact state), CPR Certification, and two years RN/LPN experience.
• Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferred (five years).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and adequate staffing for residents.
• Foster a positive and inclusive facility culture.
