Harmony Waterloo in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Day shift, full-time Unit Manager to lead operations on the assigned unit and ensure residents receive an exceptional standard of care.

Applicants must hold an unencumbered RN or LPN license and CPR certification with at least two years of RN/LPN experience; five years of leadership in a nursing department is preferred.

Qualifications

• A current Iowa- or compact-state RN or LPN license with CPR certification and two years of RN/LPN experience.
