Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN/LPN license Iowa or compact state.
• CPR Certification.
• Two (2) years RN/LPN experience; five (5) years preferred for management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance/education.
• Instate infection prevention practices and ensure proper staffing.
