Job summary

MediLodge of Wyoming is seeking a Unit Manager/Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead the nursing unit in our long-term care facility. You will direct daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure safe, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing, degree preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in long‑term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the entire operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care facility.
• Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care issues for the unit.
• Manage staffing and budget to maintain high quality care.
• Develop and evaluate programs for recruitment, retention and education of staff.
• Coordinate physician interventions and ensure timely, appropriate care.
• Participate in the facility QA program and staff orientation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
