Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state; CPR teaching certificate if applicable.
• Three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Perform general management: hiring, disciplining and evaluating staff.
• Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care issues for the unit.
• Manage staffing to meet resident needs and budgetary controls.
