Unit Managers are valuable members of our healthcare team, responsible for supervising all resident care activities within the facility on a twenty-four-hour basis.

They assist in coordinating nursing services with facility administration, community agencies, physicians, and families.

They share responsibility for nursing service compliance with facility policies, procedures, and Federal and State regulations, under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator.

Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Centre, located in Winchester, Indiana, is a skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care. We are seeking compassionate Unit Managers to join our team. The role involves developing and implementing methods for coordinating nursing services, planning, organizing, and managing the nursing department, and developing resident discharge procedures.

About You

• You are a graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• You are currently licensed as a registered or licensed practical nurse in Indiana.
• Experience or training in nursing administration, rehabilitation, or geriatrics is highly desirable.
• Preferably, you have at least one year of demonstrated nursing administration or supervision experience.
• You possess excellent communication skills, can remain calm under stress, and are physically capable of performing required tasks.
