Job Summary

Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department, ensuring quality care, staffing, staff development, and a safe environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Support quality nursing care and uphold department standards.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Implement staff development programs in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide clinical expertise in patient/resident interventions.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all.
  • Act as Director of Nursing in their absence if designated.
  • Supervise nursing personnel as directed.
Qualifications
