Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads nursing practice using professional practice models and care delivery principles.
• Mentors staff and oversees patient care delivery and staff supervision.
• Oversees daily patient care operations and coordination with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensures adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across the unit.
• Supports professional development and evidence-based practice among staff.
