Qualifications

BSN required; MSN or health-related field preferred.
3+ years ER nursing experience with some charge nurse/supervisory experience preferred.
Licensed as an RN in New York State; ACLS, BCLS, PALS required.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership on the unit and oversee daily patient care delivery.
Model and promote Professional Practice Model and Relationship Centered Care.
Ensure Proactive Hourly Rounding (PHR) is integrated into clinical activities.
Lead quality and safety initiatives and participate in RCA investigations as needed.
Manage staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance to support organizational goals.
